AJ Miller

Graduate Student

Andrew J. (AJ) Miller is a PhD student in the Committee on Neurobiology interested in the multi-level study of neurophysiology from properties of single cells to circuits and brain organization. The intellectual and practical challenges of integrating several levels of analysis are particularly exciting to me. Specifically, I study the structural and functional connectivity of Higher-Order thalamic nuclei in the mouse visual and somatosensory systems to compare / contrast the underlying circuit structure in early sensory processing across modalities.   When not travelling, I'm usually playing tennis or enjoying being outside in some other capacity.
